We deliver domestically with UPS. Light assembly is required. Delivery on most home office products is free.

We deliver chairs fully assembled to the local Houston metro area within 15 business days, but 1-5 business days is typical. For this option, please select Local Delivery at checkout. For commercial orders, we can deliver further afield – please contact us. 

For local deliveries, if we are delivering to an office or apartment building, we will only be able to deliver to the lobby. For larger commercial orders, we will communicate with you and your building to facilitate in-office delivery and installation.After product checkout, we will contact you to choose a delivery date and window.

Office chairs: two years, unless noted otherwise (our refurbished Herman Miller Aeron, Steelcase Leap, Steelcase Amia, and Steelcase Gesture chairs come with warranties up to twelve years.

Conference tables: as-is.

Monitor arms and other office accessories: as-is.

In store office chair purchase: returnable within 30 days.
Shipped office chair purchase: returnable within 30 days. $65 return shipping. Please reach out to us for a prepaid label.

All other products: non-returnable.
